CHERRY RIPE RUDOLPH PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 200g glace cherries
- 30g Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 390g coconut condensed milk
- 2-3 drops pink food colouring
- 250g dark chocolate, melted
- Toppings (optional):
- Candy eyes
- Pretzels
- Red Smarties
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl (excluding the toppings and chocolate) and mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into bite sized balls and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Coat the ball with chocolate and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
- Use leftover chocolate to stick eyes, nose and pretzels and enjoy!
