
CREAMY ITALIAN SAUSAGE PASTA
INGREDIENTS
- 30g Happy Way Flavourless Protein
- 1 packet of pasta (we used Rigatoni)
- 4-5 pork Italian sausages, sliced
- 1 pasta jar of sauce
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup pasta water
METHOD
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- Cook sausages on medium-low heat until brown and then saute mushrooms until softened.
- Add your pasta sauce to the pan and stir in some flavourless protein powder. Bring to a simmer and season well.
- Add cooked pasta and spinach and mix until combined.
- Serve with parmesan, crushed chilli and fresh basil and enjoy!
