INGREDIENTS 

 

  • 30g Happy Way Flavourless Protein
  • 1 packet of pasta (we used Rigatoni)
  • 4-5 pork Italian sausages, sliced
  • 1 pasta jar of sauce
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pasta water

METHOD 

 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  2. Cook sausages on medium-low heat until brown and then saute mushrooms until softened.
  3. Add your pasta sauce to the pan and stir in some flavourless protein powder. Bring to a simmer and season well.
  4. Add cooked pasta and spinach and mix until combined.
  5. Serve with parmesan, crushed chilli and fresh basil and enjoy!
