
HEALTHY PROTEIN 'LCM' BARS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Quick Oats
- 2 cups Rice Bubble cereal or rice puffs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 40g coconut oil
- Sprinkles
- 1/4 cup Noshu White Chocolate Chips, melted
METHOD
- In a saucepan over low heat, mix together honey and coconut oil. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.
- Add the peanut butter and mix until combined.
- Add cereal, oats and sprinkles and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture into a lined square tray or silicone bar mould.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and decorate with more sprinkles and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice to enjoy or remove from moulds and enjoy!
