MINI EGG PROTEIN ICE-CREAM
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Happy Way Top of the Choc Whey Protein Powder
- 500ml milk of choice
- 1/4 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- Handful of Mini Eggs
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a Ninja Creami Deluxe tub and mix until well combined with a hand blender. Freeze overnight.
- Place the tub under hot water for 1-2 minutes then spin on the Lite Ice Cream Setting.
- Add crushed Mini Eggs and respin. Enjoy!
