FOR THE TOPPING

  • 100g white chocolate, melted
  • 20g Biscoff, melted

METHOD 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl (excluding cornflakes) and mix until well combined.
  2. Once combined, add the cornflakes and mix together.
  3. Press the mixture into a cake loaf tin and smooth the surface with a spoon.
  4. Add toppings and Biscoff cookies and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  5. Slice to enjoy!
