NO-BAKE BISCOFF CORNFLAKE SLICE
INGREDIENTS
- 50g butter
- 150g white chocolate, melted
- 20g Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Whey Protein Powder
- 130g Biscoff, melted
- 20g golden syrup or honey
- 130g cornflakes
FOR THE TOPPING
- 100g white chocolate, melted
- 20g Biscoff, melted
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a bowl (excluding cornflakes) and mix until well combined.
- Once combined, add the cornflakes and mix together.
- Press the mixture into a cake loaf tin and smooth the surface with a spoon.
- Add toppings and Biscoff cookies and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Slice to enjoy!
