Add all the ingredients (excluding candy eyes and white chocolate) to a food processor or blender and mix until a slightly sticky but thick dough forms.
Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes or until firm.
Melt the chocolate and pour into a small bowl. Working one at a time, dip each ball into the chocolate and tap off any excess. Transfer to a plate and repeat.
Drizzle remaining chocolate over the balls to create a 'mummy' effect and top it off with two candy eyes and enjoy your spooky little treat!
