RASPBERRY BISCOFF BLENDED OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup raspberries, frozen
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 100g Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Quick Oats
- 125ml milk of choice or water
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread, melted
- Biscoff cookies, crushed (for garnish)
- Raspberries, fresh (for garnish)
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine quick oats and milk together. Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate overnight or at least for 2 hours.
- In a bowl, add raspberries and microwave for 10-20 seconds or until soft. Add chia seeds and use a fork to mash into a jam-like mixture.
- In a jar or container, layer your oats and raspberry mixture.
- Top with melted Biscoff and garnish with crushed cookies and raspberries. Enjoy!
