RASPBERRY BISCOFF BLENDED OATS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/4 cup raspberries, frozen 
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds 
  • 100g Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Quick Oats 
  • 125ml milk of choice or water 
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread, melted 
  • Biscoff cookies, crushed (for garnish) 
  • Raspberries, fresh (for garnish) 

METHOD 

  1. In a bowl, combine quick oats and milk together. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Refrigerate overnight or at least for 2 hours. 
  3. In a bowl, add raspberries and microwave for 10-20 seconds or until soft. Add chia seeds and use a fork to mash into a jam-like mixture. 
  4. In a jar or container, layer your oats and raspberry mixture. 
  5. Top with melted Biscoff and garnish with crushed cookies and raspberries. Enjoy!
