WHITE CHOC RASPBERRY BLENDED OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup natural yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 scoop Happy Way White Chocolate Raspberry Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp white chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen raspberries divided
FOR THE TOPPING:
- 60 g white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup natural yogurt (64g)
- Freeze dried raspberries, to garnish
- Fresh Raspberries, to garnish
METHOD:
- Add oats, yoghurt, milk, chia seeds, protein and 1/2 cup of the frozen raspberries to a blender. Blend until creamy and mostly smooth.
- Add the remaining raspberries to a bowl. Microwave for 30 – 60 seconds until soft. Mash with a fork to form a jam-like texture.
- Assemble the oats into jars or containers. Layering with the mashed raspberries and oats mixture.
- Add yoghurt to melted white chocolate and mix until combined to make the top layer. Pour onto the oats and garnish with fresh raspberries or freeze dried raspberries and enjoy!
