INGREDIENTS:⁣

30g Happy Way vegan vanilla protein ⁣
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana⁣
2 Tbsp oil⁣
2 Tbsp plant-based milk⁣
2 tablespoons raw brown sugar or coconut sugar⁣
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour of choice ⁣
A pinch of ground cinnamon ⁣
1 tsp baking powder⁣
Optional to add 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts and/or vegan chocolate chips ⁣

METHOD:

In a bowl, add in the mashed banana, oil, milk, and sugar. Whisk together for about 30 seconds to combine completely and the banana is completely mashed. Add in the flours, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.⁣

Stir to combine well then add in the nuts & chocolate chips if using and fold in. Feel free to sprinkle some of them on top.⁣

Place in your microwave on medium-high  for about 2 minutes or until cooked  ⁣

Sprinkle some extra choc chips and walnuts on-top and enjoy!⁣
