Shipping Delays

We wanted to let you know that there is the high chance of delays in the packing and shipping of your order may due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. 

Our shipping partners are experiencing extensive delays Australia wide due to the ongoing lockdowns (and globally) due to the increase of people shopping online. Whilst many orders are still being delivered as usual, some are experiencing out of ordinary delays. As a result, tracking notifications which are sent by Australia Post and DHL are also experiencing a backlog in processing shipments.

The updated government regulations around social distancing and health and safety means we are not able to process orders as quickly as we'd like however our warehouse team are doing everything they can to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

Our customer service teams are also working through significant volumes so we kindly ask for your patience as they work through all customer enquiries. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response from our team.
