CHOCOLATE BISCOFF OAT PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup Happy Way Chocolate Whey Protein Quick Oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- Biscoff Cookies
- Biscoff Spread
- Raspberries
- Banana
METHOD:
- Blend all the ingredients together (excluding toppings) until well combined.
- Preheat a small frypan over low to medium heat with some butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles start to appear and flip. Repeat on the opposite side for 1-2 minutes.
- Top with melted Biscoff and your choice of fruit and enjoy!
