INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE TOPPINGS: 

  • Biscoff Cookies
  • Biscoff Spread 
  • Raspberries 
  • Banana 

METHOD: 

  1. Blend all the ingredients together (excluding toppings) until well combined. 
  2. Preheat a small frypan over low to medium heat with some butter. 
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles start to appear and flip. Repeat on the opposite side for 1-2 minutes. 
  4. Top with melted Biscoff and your choice of fruit and enjoy!
