To join the Happy Crew rewards program, simply login to your Happy Way store account or create an account if you don't have one already. There is no cost to join. Once logged in, come back to our loyalty page, or click the yellow Rewards button down the bottom left of your screen. You will be prompted to 'Join & Agree' to finalise your loyalty account with us. How do I know how many points I have?
After joining our Happy Crew Rewards, you can check your points balance right here on our Rewards page - You will need to be logged in to your account to see your points status.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’re logged in, come to this Rewards page to view your point balance. Under the rewards section, the points that are available to you will have a ‘redeem’ button. To confirm, select ‘Spend X Points?’. You can now copy your coupon to use at checkout. If you don’t use the reward straight away, you can head back to the same area. Under redeemed, your coupon will be waiting!
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months, as your loyalty tier is based on yearly spend.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in one transaction?
Sorry, only one coupon can be applied at a time.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There is no limit, shop away!
Will my points be re-issued if I return items or cancel my order?
No, your points will not be re-issued to your account if items are returned or if orders are cancelled.
