How to
INGREDIENTS
1 pack (300g) Banana Bread Protein Mix
1/2 cup milk of your choice
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 eggs
3 large (very overripe & mashed bananas)
Optional add-ins: Nuts, berries or choc chips.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan forced), grease a deep loaf tin, and line it with baking paper.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf tin.
- Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
NOTE: The riper the bananas are, the sweeter your banana bread will be. Opt for extremely spotty or going black bananas.
