How do subscriptions work?
Have your favourite Happy Way products delivered straight to your door every two weeks or once a month! Never miss a delivery by checking out via the subscription option on the product's page. Then, we'll look after the rest.
You can look forward to receiving your products fortnightly or monthly - the choice is yours! Do you want to know the best part? Subscriptions come with a discount!
What if I want to make a one time purchase and subscription?
Shopping online with Happy Way is super easy. Place an order of your favourite products and have them delivered to you every fortnight or month AND include one time purchases too! Mix and match your order in the way that best suits your requirements!
I want more than one active subscription. Is this possible?
It certainly is! Have your favourite Happy Way products delivered to your door when you need them. One week you may need a top-up of protein powder and fat burners the next. It's that easy and convenient!
Can I cancel a subscription?
You sure can! If you no longer need a subscription, you can cancel it by logging in to your account. Then, click the subscription tab, and next to your products, you are subscribed to is a cancel button.
How do I update my billing information?
In the billing information tab, you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. This isn't the same as the shipping address. Edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.
Is it possible to skip a delivery?
Don't need your Happy Way product just yet? Or, perhaps you'll be away? That's fine. You can skip your delivery by logging in to your account and clicking on delivery schedule on the left, which enables you to see all of your upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. If you wish to skip a delivery, click skip to the right of each one.
How do I update my shipping address?
To update your shipping address, ensure you're logged in to your account and click on subscriptions. Next, click edit on the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address. It won't update your billing information related to the method of payment.
Is it okay to add a product to my subscription?
Yes, it is! To do so, log in to your account and click the subscriptions tab. Next, select add product. A pop-up will appear, offering an option to search, view, and select any additional products you'd like to add to your future deliveries. You can select the regularity of your order, as well as your first shipment date!
What if the product I've subscribed to runs out of stock?
In this instance, your subscribed product will not be shipped to you until the product is back in stock. If you don't wish to wait, that's okay too! You are welcome to edit your subscription to remove the product that is currently out of stock. To access your subscription dashboard, log in to your account, then select the subscription order, followed by subscriptions and then click delete.
Can I use other discount codes with my subscription?
All Happy Way subscriptions come with a discount, which means you can't use other discount codes with your subscription. The benefit of subscribing means you get to enjoy your favourite Happy Way products, without missing an order and saving!
