How do subscriptions work?

Enjoy the convenience of having your favourite Happy Way essentials delivered straight to your door. Simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option on any product page and choose your preferred frequency, either fortnightly or monthly.

Once you check out, we’ll take care of the rest, automatically processing your orders so you never run out. Plus, as a thank you for being a regular, every subscription comes with an exclusive discount.

What if I want to make a one-time purchase and a subscription together?

Shopping with us is all about flexibility. You can absolutely mix and match your cart by adding subscription items alongside one-time purchases in a single transaction. It’s the easiest way to lock in your daily staples while trying out a new limited-edition flavour or grabbing a shaker on the go.

I want more than one active subscription. Is this possible?

It certainly is! You can manage multiple active subscriptions at once. This allows you to tailor your deliveries to your specific routine. For example, receiving your Whey Protein every two weeks while having your Super Greens arrive once a month.

Can I cancel a subscription?

We make it simple to stay in control. If you need to part ways, just log in to your Happy Way account, navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab, and click the cancel button next to the relevant product. No hidden hoops, no stress.

How do I update my billing information?

To keep your deliveries flowing smoothly, you can manage your payment details within the “Billing Information” tab of your account.

Here, you can view or update your payment method and billing address. Please note that updating your billing address here does not automatically change your shipping address.

Is it possible to skip a delivery?

Life happens, and sometimes you might have a little extra powder left over. You can easily skip a scheduled delivery by logging in, heading to your “Delivery Schedule,” and selecting the shipment you’d like to bypass. Your subscription will simply resume with the following scheduled date.

How do I update my shipping address?

If you’ve moved or want your stash sent elsewhere, log in and head to the “Subscriptions” section. Click “Edit” next to your shipping address to update your details for future orders. Remember, this only changes where your products are sent; your billing information remains separate.

Is it okay to add a product to my subscription?

Absolutely! To add more goodness to your next delivery, log in and visit your subscriptions tab. Select “Add Product” to browse and choose a new item, set your desired frequency, and pick your first shipment date. It will then join your regular rotation automatically.

What if the product I’ve subscribed to runs out of stock?

While we do our best to keep the shelves full, if an item goes out of stock, we’ll hold that portion of your order until it’s back in the warehouse. We’ll get it to you as soon as possible, but if you’re in a hurry, you can always log in and edit your subscription to swap it for another flavour or remove it temporarily.

Can I use other discount codes with my subscription?

Because our subscriptions already come with a built-in discount, they cannot be combined with other promotional codes or sitewide sales. This ensures you’re already getting the best consistent value on every single scoop!
