2-MINUTE HIGH PROTEIN GINGERBREAD MUG CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons milk of choice
- 3 tablespoons (vegan) caramel biscuit or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour mix (or wheat flour if you aren’t coeliac/intolerant to gluten/IBS sufferer)
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice (1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, pinch of ground cloves & pinch of ground cardamom)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Pour into a mug
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes (all microwaves are different, so the cooking time might differ). I recommend checking the cake after 1 1/2 minutes and then cooking longer if needed.
