INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup of plain flour
  • 3/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of @happywayau flavourless protein
  • 1/4 cup of classic monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 super ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup of plant based milk
  • 2 eggs
  • choc chips (measure with your heart! I used sugar free)
FROSTING
  • 3 heaped tbs of Green yoghurt
  • 40g @happywayau choc caramel protein

METHOD
  1. Line a square brownie tin with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Add the mashed banana, milk and eggs together and stir until combined.
  3. Add in all the other ingredients except the chocolate and stir.
  4. Once combined then add in the chocolate and gently mix.
  5. Pour into the tin and bake for 35 mins at 180c or until cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool completely before adding frosting it.
  7. To make the frosting, mix together the yoghurt and protein until completely smooth.
  8. Spread over the cooler banana bread and top with grated chocolate 🍫🍫🍫 slice then store in the fridge.
