BANANA BREAD WITH CARAMEL FROSTING
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- 1/2 cup of plain flour
- 3/4 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of @happywayau flavourless protein
- 1/4 cup of classic monkfruit sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 super ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup of plant based milk
- 2 eggs
- choc chips (measure with your heart! I used sugar free)
- 3 heaped tbs of Green yoghurt
- 40g @happywayau choc caramel protein
METHOD
- Line a square brownie tin with baking paper and set aside.
- Add the mashed banana, milk and eggs together and stir until combined.
- Add in all the other ingredients except the chocolate and stir.
- Once combined then add in the chocolate and gently mix.
- Pour into the tin and bake for 35 mins at 180c or until cooked through.
- Allow to cool completely before adding frosting it.
- To make the frosting, mix together the yoghurt and protein until completely smooth.
- Spread over the cooler banana bread and top with grated chocolate 🍫🍫🍫 slice then store in the fridge.
