• 2 cups rolled oats ⁣
  • 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way I Love You Berry Much Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds⁣
  • 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped⁣
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries⁣
  • 1/3 cup sultanas⁣
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice⁣
  • 2 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup⁣
  • 1/2 cup almond milk⁣


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a square baking tray with baking paper. 
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well until combined.
  3. Pour the blended mixture to the prepared tray, ensuring it's even. 
  4. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes and allow to cool completely once out of the oven.⁣
  5. Slice into smaller squares and enjoy!⁣
