- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way I Love You Berry Much Whey Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1/3 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
- 2 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a square baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Pour the blended mixture to the prepared tray, ensuring it's even.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes and allow to cool completely once out of the oven.
- Slice into smaller squares and enjoy!
