Coffee Protein Balls with Top of the Choc whey Protein Powder

Coffee Protein Balls

  • 2 Scoops of Coffee flavor Happy Way Protein
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Rice malt Syrup (or honey!)
  • 1 Cup of instant oats (flaked oats)
  • 1 Espresso Shot
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed Almonds
    1. Add everything into a bowl and mix with a spoon! 
    2. Once mixed, roll the mixture into small bite sized balls. 
    3. Roll the balls into the crushed almonds and set aside.
    4. Place into the fridge for 1 hour and then EAT!
