Our nourishing, mood-boosting smoothie is packed with nutritious ingredients to leave you smiling form within. It's not only delicious but also packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and fibre to support your mood and overall well-being. Enjoy it as a refreshing breakfast, snack, or post-workout refuel!

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup spinach (fresh or frozen) 
  • 30g I Love You Berry Much OR Vanilla Whey / Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup water or milk of choice 
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice, we used sugar free maple syrup 

 

METHOD

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Pour your mood-boosting smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. 

 

NOTES

  • You can add yoghurt for additional creaminess 
  • Add grated dark chocolate on top for extra antioxidants! 
  • You can use any protein powder flavour
