NGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp applesauce
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop Happy Way Vanilla Protein Powder 
2 fresh strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp white chocolate chips

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 190c and lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin
  2. Blend together all ingredients except strawberries + chocolate chips in a high speed blender until smooth
  3. Pour batter into baking dish. Top with strawberries and white chocolate
  4. Bake for 23-25mins until lightly golden and enjoy!
