VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS 

METHOD 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil. 
  3. Over low heat, add your mixture in your desired size to the pan. 
  4. Allow little bubbles to show on top of the pancakes (approx.1 minute) before flipping to the other side.
  5. Serve on a plate, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
