5-INGREDIENT CHEESE & BACON ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Happy Way Flavourless Protein
  • 280g low-carb flour or self-raising flour⁠
  • 270g Greek Yoghurt⁠
  • A pinch of salt⁠
  • Bacon, diced and pre-cooked⁠
  • Shredded cheese⁠
  • 1 egg⁠

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 190c.
  2. Add the protein, flour, yoghurt and salt into a bowl and mix until a dough forms
  3. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Cut and shape the dough into 6 balls and place into a lined baking tray.⁠
  5. Lightly brush the rolls with an egg wash.
  6. Top with cheese and bacon and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden and fluffy.⁠
  7. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes and enjoy!
