INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Happy Way Flavourless Protein
- 280g low-carb flour or self-raising flour
- 270g Greek Yoghurt
- A pinch of salt
- Bacon, diced and pre-cooked
- Shredded cheese
- 1 egg
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 190c.
- Add the protein, flour, yoghurt and salt into a bowl and mix until a dough forms
- Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Cut and shape the dough into 6 balls and place into a lined baking tray.
- Lightly brush the rolls with an egg wash.
- Top with cheese and bacon and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden and fluffy.
- Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes and enjoy!
