APPLE PEACH CRUMBLE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon chia
- 30g Apple Peach Protein Water Powder
- 20g unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peaches in juice
- 1/4 cup apples in juice
METHOD
- In an oven safe dish mix together your apples, peaches and 20g of protein water powder.
- In a seperate bowl, mix together oats, chia, butter, 20g protein water powder, and sweetener of choice to make a crumble.
- Layer the crumble on top of the apples and oats.
- Place in the oven or airfryer for 5 minutes on 170c.
