Banana Choc & Biscoff Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
▫️1 scoop @happywayau Banana protein powder
▫️1.5 cups plain flour
▫️1 tsp baking powder
▫️1 egg
▫️100gm butter, melted
▫️2 bananas, mashed
▫️1/4 cup almond milk
▫️1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
▫️2-3 tbsp Biscoff
METHOD:
▫️In a large mixing bowl mash the bananas and add in all the wet ingredients. Mix well until smooth. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
▫️Spoon muffin batter into a prepared baking tray. Using the Biscoff paste, spoon in a teaspoon into the centre of each muffin. Alternatively, use a piping bag.
▫️Bake at 180C fan forced for 15-20mins or until golden. Enjoy your delicious choc banana muffins!
