Banana & Peanut Butter Muffins with Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder

BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

 METHOD

  1.  Pre-heat the oven to 160°C and line and grease a muffin tray. 
  2. Mash the banana in a large bowl and stir through the peanut butter and melted butter or coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tray and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Enjoy!
