FOR THE SORBET:

FOR THE CUPS:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted⁠
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles (optional)⁠

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • Berries
  • Coconut
  • Any favourite toppings!

METHOD

  1. Blend together the frozen berries, yoghurt and protein powder. Place in a dish, cover and freeze.⁠
  2. Add about 3 tablespoons of melted chocolate to 4 silicone muffin cups.
  3. Use a spoon to spread the chocolate and cover the sides and bottom of the cup. (it’s helpful to hold up the cup up to the light to see if there are any bare spots). Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.⁠
  4. Once the chocolate solidifies, carefully peel off the silicone cup. If desired, dip the top of the cup in remaining melted dark chocolate and then in the sprinkles.⁠
  5. Remove the sorbet from the freezer and add a scoop into each of the cups with any desired toppings and enjoy immediately!
