INGREDIENTS

8 weetbix
- 1/2 cup Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Vegan protein powder
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (+ extra for rolling)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons melted biscoff
- 1 can condensed coconut milk
METHOD
- Crush weetbix and mix all ingredients together.
- Wet hands (this makes the mixture not stick to your hands) roll into balls and cover with coconut.
