BLUEBERRY CHOCOLATE BAKED OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 140g Happy Way Chocolate Whey Protein Quick Oats
- 100ml milk of choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 frozen blueberries
- Sprinkle of chocolate chips
METHOD
- Mix protein oats, milk & baking powder together, then fold in blueberries.
- Pour into a greased ramekin (or two separate ramekins).
- Top with chocolate chips and cook in the oven on 180 for 15 or so minutes until firm on top.
- Enjoy warm with Greek yoghurt, peanut butter & maple syrup.
