INGREDIENTS 

  • 90g Happy Way Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
  • 60g Milk
  • Mix in's of choice

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 180c.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Pancake Mix and milk until smooth.
  3. In an oven safe dish, pour in your pancake batter and sprinkle over your mix ins of choice.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
