1. In a blender, process the biscuits to make them into a crumble.
  2. Add all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well until combined. ⁠
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Place each ball on a tray and refrigerate to set. 
  5. For added Biscoff flavour, place broken Biscoff cookies on top and enjoy!
