CARAMEL PROTEIN MUG CAKE
- 1 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Whey Protein Powder
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Toppings of choice: peanut butter, granola
- In a small bowl, mix the oatmeal with the protein, milk and yeast until you get a liquid dough.
- Microwave the mixture for a minute until you've received a sponge consistency.
- Add your favourite toppings such as peanut butter or granola and enjoy!
