Choc Protein Brownies
- 2 Bananas, Mashed
- 2 Eggs
- 70 gm Butter, Melted
- 1-Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Extract
- 100 gm 80% Dark Chocolate, Melted
- Pinch of Pink Salt
- ½ cup Cacao Powder
- 1-2 Tablespoons Vegan Choc Pea Protein Powder OR Choc Whey Protein Powder
- 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 -Teaspoon Bi-crab Soda
- 1-Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl and add the egg, vanilla and butter, mix well until smooth
- Fold in the melted chocolate until well combined
- Add all remaining dry ingredients and mix well until no lumps and bumps are present
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Let the brownie cool completely in the tray before removing and slicing into smaller squares. Enjoy!
