1. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl and add the egg, vanilla and butter, mix well until smooth
  3. Fold in the melted chocolate until well combined
  4. Add all remaining dry ingredients and mix well until no lumps and bumps are present
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Let the brownie cool completely in the tray before removing and slicing into smaller squares. Enjoy!
