INGREDIENTS
- 6 rice cakes
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop Happy Way Choc Peanut Butter Vegan Protein
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- Crushed nuts, for the topping (optional)
METHOD
- In a bowl add the rice cakes and use your hands to crush them up.
- Add in the peanut butter, protein, maple syrup and mix until all combined.
- Line a container, add the mixture and use a spoon to press it down.
- Spread the melted chocolate on top and freeze until firm (approx. 30mins - 1 hour).
- Slice into bars or squares and enjoy!
