CHOCOLATE PROTEIN RICE CAKE SLICE

INGREDIENTS 

METHOD 

  1. In a bowl add the rice cakes and use your hands to crush them up.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, protein, maple syrup and mix until all combined.
  3. Line a container, add the mixture and use a spoon to press it down.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate on top and freeze until firm (approx. 30mins - 1 hour).
  5. Slice into bars or squares and enjoy!
