INGREDIENTS

1 cup natural peanut butter
- 90g Happy Way peanut butter protein powder
- 4 tbsp almond meal
- Pinch of salt tsp salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 50g sugar-free dark choc chips chips
METHOD
- Combine dry ingredients, protein powder, almond meal and salt.
- Add wet ingredients, peanut butter, maple syrup and almond milk until a dough forms.
- Fold in choc chips
- Line a small tin or glass container with baking paper. Press mixture firmly and evenly.
- Refrigerate 1–2 hours or until firm. Slice into 6 bars.
