COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BARS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter⁠
  • 90g Happy Way peanut butter protein powder⁠
  • 4 tbsp almond meal⁠
  • Pinch of salt tsp salt⁠
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
  • 2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk⁠
  • 50g sugar-free dark choc chips chips⁠

METHOD

  1. Combine dry ingredients, protein powder, almond meal and salt.⁠
  2. Add wet ingredients, peanut butter, maple syrup and almond milk until a dough forms.⁠
  3. Fold in choc chips
  4. Line a small tin or glass container with baking paper. Press mixture firmly and evenly.
  5. Refrigerate 1–2 hours or until firm. Slice into 6 bars.
