METHOD

  1. Preheat oven the 160C or 375F
  2. Line a baking dish with baking paper and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine oats, protein powder and black cocoa powder. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Stir in coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla until the mixture is fully coated and wet.
  5. Spread granola mixture on baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, stir and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, allow to cool and drizzle with white chocolate.
  8. Once chocolate is set crumble up the granola.
  9. Store in airtight container for up to a week.
