COOKIES & CREAM GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS
- 100g rolled oats
- 60g Cookies & Cream whey protein powder
- 25g black cocoa powder
- 65ml coconut oil
- 45g maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 35g white chocolate, melted
METHOD
- Preheat oven the 160C or 375F
- Line a baking dish with baking paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine oats, protein powder and black cocoa powder. Mix until fully combined.
- Stir in coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla until the mixture is fully coated and wet.
- Spread granola mixture on baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool and drizzle with white chocolate.
- Once chocolate is set crumble up the granola.
- Store in airtight container for up to a week.
