CREAMY PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDINGS🍫🍫
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Choc Pea Princess Vegan Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup or more of maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/3 cup Happy Way Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- Pinch salt
FOR THE TOPPING:
- Berries
- Granola
- Nuts
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix well.
- Pour into glasses/bowls and leave to set in the fridge 10 minutes or more.
- Remove and add desired toppings and enjoy!
- Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days.
