INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup GF flour
  • 1/3 cup vanilla cake mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 scoops @happywayau Caramel Protein 
  • 1/2 allulose 
  • 1/3 cup monk fruit
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed pecans


METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven at 180C.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients with half of the chocolate chips. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Form cookies and place on a baking tray.
  4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes then add the rest of both chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 11-12 minutes and enjoy!
