DONNA KELCE HEALTHY COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup GF flour
- 1/3 cup vanilla cake mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 scoops @happywayau Caramel Protein
- 1/2 allulose
- 1/3 cup monk fruit
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed pecans
METHOD
- Preheat the oven at 180C.
- Mix all the dry ingredients with half of the chocolate chips. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
- Form cookies and place on a baking tray.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes then add the rest of both chocolate chips.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes and enjoy!
