INGREDIENTS

  • 50g quick oats 
  • 1 cup water
  • 30g protein powder of choice 
  • 1 tbspn nut butter of choice
  • 1 tbspn seeds or nuts of choice  
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries 
  • Additional fruit of choice 
  • Optional: honey

METHOD 

  1. In a small saucepan on medium to low heat, mix together oats and water. 
  2. Cook until you reach the desired consistency you like. For creamier thicker oats cook for longer. For more liquid and more chewy oats cook less. 
  3. Remove oats from heat and tip in to a serving bowl. 
  4. Mix in your protein powder of choice, we used vanilla whey. 
  5. Top with your choice of toppings. We used frozen raspberries, almond butter, mixed seers, fig and a little bit of honey.
  6. Enjoy!
