JAFFA BLISS BALLS
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup oats/oat flour
- 1 scoop @happywayau choc protein of choice
- 1 tbs cacao
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs Happy Way Unflavoured Marine Collagen
- 1 orange (rind and juiced)
- Extra chocolate to melt on the top, and orange rind to decorate.
METHOD
- Add the dry ingredients to a blender followed by the orange juice, rind and 1-2 tbs water.. process for 5 seconds, check the mixture, you don’t want it too wet or sticky. Blend again if it needs more incorporating.
- Roll into 12 balls and set in the fridge for an hour.
- Drizzle over melted choc and sprinkle a little orange rind over the top.
- Store in the fridge.
