INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup oats/oat flour
  • 1 scoop @happywayau choc protein of choice
  • 1 tbs cacao
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs Happy Way Unflavoured Marine Collagen
  • 1 orange (rind and juiced)
  • Extra chocolate to melt on the top, and orange rind to decorate.

METHOD
  1. Add the dry ingredients to a blender followed by the orange juice, rind and 1-2 tbs water.. process for 5 seconds, check the mixture, you don’t want it too wet or sticky. Blend again if it needs more incorporating. 
  2. Roll into 12 balls and set in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Drizzle over melted choc and sprinkle a little orange rind over the top.
  4. Store in the fridge.
