NO-BAKE CHOC WALNUT BROWNIE BITES
INGREDIENTS
- 12 medjool dates, soaked for 10 mins
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 cup walnuts, crushed
- 1 scoop Happy Way Vegan Triple Choc Fudge Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- Crushed walnuts, for topping
FOR THE CHOCOLATE FROSTING
- 80g melted dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp almond milk mixed together
METHOD
- Blend the dates, maple syrup, and vanilla in blender or food processor until a paste forms.
- Transfer into a large mixing bowl along with the other remaining ingredients and mix until a thick mixture forms.
- Press into a lined tray, smooth over with a damp spoon as it will be quick sticky.
- Spread over chocolate frosting and sprinkle with more crushed walnuts.
- Place in the freezer for minimum of 3 hours before slicing and enjoy!
