INGREDIENTS

  • 2 apples, chopped into cubes ⁠
  • 4 tsp lemon juice ⁠
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup ⁠
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
  • 2 tsp cinnamon ⁠
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut ⁠
  • ⅓ cup Happy Way Vanilla Protein Quick Oats ⁠
  • 4 tbsp chopped nuts of choice (we used macadamias)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160c fan forced. 
  2. In an oven-safe dish, combine all your ingredients and mix until well combined. 
  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the apples are soft. 
  4. Allow to cool slightly, serve with your choice of yoghurt and enjoy!
