QUICK OAT PROTEIN APPLE CRUMBLE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 apples, chopped into cubes
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- ⅓ cup Happy Way Vanilla Protein Quick Oats
- 4 tbsp chopped nuts of choice (we used macadamias)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD
- Pre-heat the oven to 160c fan forced.
- In an oven-safe dish, combine all your ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the apples are soft.
- Allow to cool slightly, serve with your choice of yoghurt and enjoy!
