RASPBERRY COFFEE TAHINI CAKES

INGREDIENTS

For the coffee cream:⁠

For the raspberry domes:⁠

  • 2/3 tsp agar⁠
  • 200ml oat milk⁠
  • 1tbsp vanilla pudding powder⁠
  • Handful of raspberries⁠

METHOD

  1. Mix all the coffee cream ingredients together. 
  2. Heat the milk over low heat and mix together agar and pudding powder.⁠
  3. Once it comes to a boil, add raspberries and remove from heat. 
  4. Mix well and pour into dome silicone moulds.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Assemble and enjoy!
