INGREDIENTS
For the coffee cream:
- 100g coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop Happy Way Coffee Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp tahini
For the raspberry domes:
- 2/3 tsp agar
- 200ml oat milk
- 1tbsp vanilla pudding powder
- Handful of raspberries
METHOD
- Mix all the coffee cream ingredients together.
- Heat the milk over low heat and mix together agar and pudding powder.
- Once it comes to a boil, add raspberries and remove from heat.
- Mix well and pour into dome silicone moulds.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Assemble and enjoy!
