1. Mix all the cake filling ingredients together in a food processor, starting with the nuts and finishing with the water, adding less or more if required.
  2. Once finely processed, roll balls the size of table tennis balls with your hands and poke a skewer in each of them.
  3. Place in the freezer on a tray to set for 15 minutes. 
  4. Make the chocolate coating by mixing the ingredients in a bowl and dip each cake pop in it coating all or part of the cake pop. Dip in desiccated coconut or nuts before the coating sets. 
  5. Place the cake pops in the fridge in a jar to set the chocolate coating and enjoy!
