INGREDIENTS
For the brownie:
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 heaped tbs peanut butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 heaped tbsp Happy Way Double Choc Chip Protein (or chocolate)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
For the mousse:
- 1 heaped tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp Happy Way Peanut Butter Protein Powder
METHOD
- Mix all brownie ingredients together until smooth, then pour into a mini lined tart tin. Cook in the air fryer on 180°C for 8 minutes.
- Mix all mousse ingredients until smooth and place in the fridge
- Allow the brownie to cool slightly, then remove from the tin, top with mousse, and enjoy warm!
