INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 30g Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup date mixture (blended together with hot water)
- Handful of chopped dates
- 1.5 cups milk of choice (we used the Churro Milk from @minorfigures)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamon
- 240 ml Oat Milk*
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence*
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup*
- Pinch Sea Salt*
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil*
METHOD
- In a large bowl mix together your dry ingredients.
- Add in all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a prepared square baking tray.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes on 180 degrees celsius.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Optional: Top with toffee sauce and serve with ice-cream
- Portion into 4-5 serves. Store in your fridge in airtight containers.
