INGREDIENTS
- 8 frozen bananas
 - 2/3 cup Happy Way Organic Cacao Powder
 - 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Choc Pea Princess Vegan Protein Powder
 - 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
 - 1/3 cup coconut cream or milk
 - Pinch sea salt
 - Extra coconut for toppings
 
METHOD
- In a food processor or high speed blender, mix all the ingredients together until it becomes like a soft serve consistency.
 - Place the soft ice-cream in a cake tin in the freezer for 1 hour.
 - Remove from the freezer, scoop into a bowl or cone and enjoy! 😋🍦
