
Vegan Coconut Chocolate Ice Cream
- 8 frozen bananas
- 2/3 cup of raw cacao
- 2 tbsp of @happywayau pea protein powder
- 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup of coconut cream or milk
- Pinch of sea salt
- Extra coconut for toppings
- In a food processor or high speed blender mix all the ingredients until it becomes soft serve like.
- Place the soft ice-cream in a cake tin in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Take out, make scoops and enjoy! 😋🍦
