VEGAN OVERNIGHT BANANA OATS
INGREDIENTS

- 50g Rolled oats
- 80g Vanilla coconut yoghurt (or yoghurt of choice)
- 30g Banana Vegan Protein Powder
TOPPING
- 50g Vanilla coconut yoghurt
- 1tbs Milk of choice (just to thin out the yoghurt a little)
- 10g Banana Vegan Protein Powder
- Fresh banana for the top!
METHOD
- Mix all the base ingredients in a bowl or container you'd like to store the oats in.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the topping ingredients and pour over the oat mixture.
- Place in the fridge to set overnight.
- Top with fresh banana!
