INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup (~90g) oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed (~50g)
  • 2 tbsp OR ~20g White Choc Caramel protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Caramilk Chocolate or chopped walnuts


METHOD:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
  2. In a bowl, mash banana and mix with milk, vanilla, and protein powder until smooth.
  3. Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased small baking dish or two ramekins. Top with caramilk chocolate or nuts if desired.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and set.
  6. Serve warm and add toppings like yoghurt or nut butter.
