INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (~90g) oats
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed (~50g)
- 2 tbsp OR ~20g White Choc Caramel protein powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: Caramilk Chocolate or chopped walnuts
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
- In a bowl, mash banana and mix with milk, vanilla, and protein powder until smooth.
- Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
- Pour mixture into a greased small baking dish or two ramekins. Top with caramilk chocolate or nuts if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Serve warm and add toppings like yoghurt or nut butter.
