WHITE CHOC CARAMEL MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS 

  • ¼ cup plain flour
  • 30g OF WHITE CHOC CARAMEL PROTEIN POWDER
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • White chocolate chips
  • Peanut butter
METHOD
  1. Combine flour, protein powder, and a pinch of salt in a mug or small bowl.
  2. Stir in the milk and maple syrup until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Transfer to a microwave-safe mug if needed, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  4. Microwave for about 1½ minutes, or until the top is set but the centre remains soft.
  5. Serve warm with a swirl of peanut butter and a few extra choc chips on top.
