INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup plain flour
- 30g OF WHITE CHOC CARAMEL PROTEIN POWDER
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup milk of choice
- Pinch of salt
- White chocolate chips
- Peanut butter
METHOD

Combine flour, protein powder, and a pinch of salt in a mug or small bowl.

Stir in the milk and maple syrup until you get a smooth batter.

Transfer to a microwave-safe mug if needed, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Microwave for about 1½ minutes, or until the top is set but the centre remains soft.

Serve warm with a swirl of peanut butter and a few extra choc chips on top.
