INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups nut butter of choice
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 30–60g Happy Way White Choc Caramel Protein
- 100g white chocolate, melted (for topping)
- Optional drizzle of caramel sauce, crushed peanuts, caramel candies
METHOD
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix heated peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and protein powder until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the lined tin.
- Pour over the melted chocolate, smoothing it out with a spatula
- Drizzle caramel and sprinkle peanuts/candies over the top.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour before slicing.
