WHITE CHOC CARAMEL PROTEIN SLICE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups nut butter of choice⁠
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted⁠
  • ½ cup maple syrup⁠
  • 30–60g Happy Way White Choc Caramel Protein⁠
  • 100g white chocolate, melted (for topping)⁠
  • Optional drizzle of caramel sauce, crushed peanuts, caramel candies⁠

METHOD

  1. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix heated peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and protein powder until smooth.⁠
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the lined tin.
  4. Pour over the melted chocolate, smoothing it out with a spatula
  5. Drizzle caramel and sprinkle peanuts/candies over the top.⁠
  6. Freeze for at least 1 hour before slicing.
